It's genuinely quiet -- almost too quiet for me to actually enjoy it.

Scratchiness is the whole pitch here. The stem uses melamine resin (MF) and the housing uses LCP (liquid crystal polymer) -- apparently Kailh cut a brand-new mold just for this. And yeah, it does have that scratchy sound. It's smooth for a Kailh, but once you've touched HMX or Keygeek, it doesn't feel like much. In tha

Nothing that stands out -- it was underwhelming. You do get a clear sound from the hole in the bottom, though.

Being 3-pin is a real letdown. That said, the weight feels just about right.

My first HMX Light Tactile. It comes across as a light tactile with some scratchiness, and it's smooth in the way HMX switches usually are. But it never quite hits that "wow!" moment, which feels like a missed opportunity -- there's no real reason it has to be this particular switch, hence the 2 stars. A moderate tacti

Nothing distinctive about it -- it just felt underwhelming.

The bump is about on par with Hydra, but the sound doesn't resonate nearly as much. It lands in an awkward spot -- if you want a loud, tactile experience, I'd point you to Hydra instead. The bump feel is good and it's smooth, but it's missing that one-of-a-kind character -- Hydra had an almost-too-loud resonance, and t

"Easy to type on" is basically this switch's whole identity -- the stroke is that smooth. It uses UMPE, but I didn't get much of a clacky sound from it, and it doesn't have that sticky/tacky feel Geon Zero Raw has either.

Like Everglide HE, it has that magnetic-switch sound, so opinions will vary. The spring in particular stood out -- in a way that read as a bit cheap. I didn't love how thin the spring felt when typing. $0.25 a switch is nice, though. I haven't explored magnetic-switch keyboards enough yet to say what it pairs well with

The bump is strong, so the tactile feel really comes through. But it used to be marketed as "Thocky," and it isn't anymore -- being an older switch I expected some scratchiness, but there was none. It ends up just a "normal" tactile switch. A long-running product I was looking forward to, but it turned out surprisingly

Despite the POK housing and long-pole stem, this ends up surprisingly quiet. With 22mm total travel it has enough cushioning that typing on it for a long stretch shouldn't tire you out. Being quiet despite that material and stem combo is interesting on its own, but when I ask myself "is it worth specifically buying thi

The bottom housing is open around the stem, so the sound doesn't resonate much -- it's designed to be quiet. Not a silent switch exactly, but quiet for a magnetic switch. That said, it can sound a little hollow because of it, which felt underwhelming to me personally. Haven't explored magnetic-switch keyboards enough t
