Overview

The Geon Raptor MX Gaming Switch is a linear switch from Geonworks built for gaming, where reduced pre-travel and total travel shorten the gap between a keypress and its actuation. A light operating force adds to the fast, low-effort action.

The housing pairs a POM top with a Nylon bottom over a UMPE stem, and the switches arrive lubed from the factory. The design supports SMD LED lighting for backlit builds.

"Easy to type on" is basically this switch's whole identity -- the stroke is that smooth. It uses UMPE, but I didn't get much of a clacky sound from it, and it doesn't have that sticky/tacky feel Geon Zero Raw has either.
