Omnitype revives Firsty Thursday for Halloween with limited-use discounts up to 30%

The Halloween return offers four discount tiers on in-stock products, excluding DynaCap. Codes have shared redemption limits, and the largest discounts come with final-sale conditions.

Announcement date: October 29, 2026

Omnitype has brought Firsty Thursday back for Halloween, offering limited-use discount codes worth 10% to 30% on in-stock products. Its campaign excludes DynaCap-brand products and uses a first-come, first-served format: the discounts disappear as their redemption allowances are exhausted.

The promotion began October 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. US Central Time. Omnitype states an end of November 1 at midnight Central, or earlier when the codes run out. The midnight wording does not clearly identify the beginning or end of that date, so shoppers should not assume an additional full day is available.

Four codes, four redemption limits

Each code is restricted to one use per customer. Codes cannot be stacked with one another or with another discount, and must be applied before completing checkout. Entering a code does not reserve a redemption; it can become unavailable while an order is being completed.

These are announced promotion-wide allowances, not remaining redemptions. The email and main page text list 150 uses for CANDYCORN, while the page’s scrolling banner lists 5. We have not verified the live checkout limit.

What can shoppers browse?

The campaign email applies the offer to in-stock products, excluding DynaCap. The linked collection includes GMK sets such as DUALSHOT, Botanical, Dracula and DMG, alongside deskpads, switches, tools and Bauer Lite parts. That collection is a place to browse, rather than a guarantee that every variant remains in stock or qualifies at checkout.

For buyers already planning an in-stock purchase, the appeal is the combination of a broad selection and a small pool of higher-value codes. The important distinction is that the advertised percentage is an opportunity, not a discount every visitor can claim. No remaining-code availability has been verified.

Three sets from the Halloween collection

DUALSHOT 2, Botanical 2 and Dracula V2.0 are among the keycap sets listed in Omnitype’s Halloween collection. These official product images show example builds; the photographs do not establish which kits are bundled together or whether a particular code still has redemptions available.

Before placing an order

Omnitype’s current page makes orders using the 20% or 30% Firsty Thursday discounts final, without cancellations or returns. It also says codes cannot be added to an existing order or applied retroactively. The retailer reserves the right to change or end the promotion.

The offer is a percentage discount, rather than a single sale price for a keyboard or keycap set. Check the selected kit or variant, shipping, destination charges and accepted discount before paying. The campaign email does not establish a universal shipping-region offer.
