Omniclectic has introduced Monster Mash Pt.1, a Halloween release of Frank, Suzie and Vlad in its Cadet artisan-keycap lineup. Booper presents the trio as friendly, misunderstood monsters, with the official sale page listing a $120 price and a 24-hour entry window beginning October 29, 2026 at 6 p.m. EST.

This is an RNG-style invoice sale: entrants fill out the linked form, and winners are selected randomly after the window closes. The maker allows entries for up to two keycaps.

Who are Omniclectic and booper?

Omniclectic describes itself as a project by two artists on Canada’s East Coast, combining art, design and mechanical keyboards. Its official boop! caps retrospective traces booper’s artisan-keycap work to early 2015, while she was designing the Deep Space keyset and taking part in Geekhack’s DIY community.

Her first sculpt was a small astronaut made to accompany that project. Sculpting and resin casting then developed into a broader cast of characters, including Cosmonaut, Keywok, Amelia and The Colonel. Monster Mash continues that character-focused approach, giving each helmeted figure a distinct expression.

The studio’s FAQ describes its keycaps as handcrafted and resin-cast rather than painted. The raffle form also notes that handmade pieces can vary; the photographs should be read as examples of the release.

Monster faces, cubism and Art Deco

Booper says the resin writing began with cubism in mind, before her affection for Art Deco pulled the characters somewhere between the two. The official photos make that combination easy to see: blocks of contrasting colour, uneven eyes and strongly drawn facial features sit inside rounded helmets and sculpted hoses.

Vlad pairs a burgundy helmet with a pale, fanged face. Suzie uses a purple shell and an asymmetrical, patchwork-like expression, while Frank brings a green helmet and a stitched-forehead motif. These visual differences give the trio individual personalities within the same space-suited silhouette.
