Overview
The PT Black is a linear switch from a collaboration between TTC and Pantheonkeys, conceived as a modern reworking of the classic Cherry MX Black. It pairs modified nylon top and bottom housings with a POM stem, giving a deep, firm bottom-out.
Lightly lubed at the factory, it feels fairly dry out of the box, with a fine-grained scratch through the travel that eases with break-in. Sources note good consistency between batches, aimed at buyers who want the character of a vintage nylon linear.

A switch clearly designed with Cherry MX Black in mind. The listing confusingly said 'not lubed' while also claiming light lube on the stem legs -- I pointed this out and the seller corrected it. The stem is 12.8mm versus Cherry Black's 12.5mm, so it sounds a bit louder. Despite the claimed stem lube, you can still hear a faint leaf 'ping' -- TTC Rabbit didn't have this, so it may be intentional here. True to the 'no film needed' tightness claim, wobble is lower than a stock Cherry, though not as tight as HMX. Would I go out of my way to buy this over an actual Cherry Black? Genuinely hard to say -- Cherry fans tend to be loyal to the Cherry brand itself too, so it's a tough sell either way.
