I really like this one — the spring is long and gives a cushioned feel, and the 60g bottom-out is just right. It tends to produce a thocky sound. Listen closely and there's a bit of spring scratch/ping noise, but lubing it yourself clears that up. If I were designing my own switch, this is the kind I'd want to make.
It pairs especially well with a board that has a hollow, clacky sound, but even without that you'll still enjoy a deep, rich typing sound.
Downsides: lubing it yourself is a hassle, and it's now nearly impossible to find in stock.
