The Kailh Box V2 Brown is the second-generation revision of Kailh's Box Brown tactile switch. Kailh and retailers agree its tactile bump is heavier and more pronounced than the original V1, giving clearer feedback on each press. It ships factory pre-lubed, with a PC top housing, nylon bottom housing and POM stem.

Its Box housing — a cross stem inside enclosing walls — reduces stem wobble and resists dust and moisture, and the switch is compatible with MX-style PCBs.
