Overview
The Boba U4 Silent is a silent tactile switch designed by Gazzew and produced in collaboration with Outemu. Its "D"-shaped POM stem delivers a rounded bump at the very start of the downstroke with no pretravel, while internal dampening quiets both the press and the release so the switch actuates without the clatter of a typical tactile.
A proprietary housing plastic, a redesigned leaf, and stainless steel springs help curb the leaf ping common to silent tactiles. The switches ship lightly lubed from the factory and come in several spring weights and housing colours.

Feel
· Based on 1 ratingReviews
For me, one of the most strongly tactile silent switches out there. There's no capacitive feel, but if you want to really savor tactility, it's a great pick. The leaf quality might be a touch lacking — there's a slight scratch, in both sound and feel, so opinions may split. That said, it's on the quiet side, so plenty of people won't mind. Works with anything. Watch out for that slight scratch and the strong bump — and at over 60g it's not for fans of light switches.
