The Gateron Cap Milky Yellow is a linear switch from Gateron's Cap line, sold in a V2 revision. It uses a POM stem in a milky nylon housing, which sets it apart from the standard Cap Yellow and gives it a distinct sound.

The stem follows Gateron's Cap design—a hollowed post with air-release holes meant to reduce resistance and steady travel—and the V2 mold reduces stem wobble over earlier runs. It ships factory-lubed and is often recommended as an affordable smooth linear.
