Overview
The Durock Mocha Chocolate T1 is a tactile switch built with POK top and bottom housings and a modified POM stem. Its long-pole stem, paired with the POK housings, gives a deep, thocky sound alongside a defined tactile bump on each keypress.
Sold factory pre-lubed, it aims for a clean tactile feel, with tight housing tolerances that keep stem wobble minimal. It sits within Durock's wider Mocha tactile line, set apart by its full-POK construction.

The POK housing and long-pole stem do produce a solid sound, but the lube's thin -- especially on the spring -- so you get scratchiness in sound and feel. That's a taste thing, but I didn't like it: unlike Cherry, where you expect some scratch going in, this switch is supposed to be smooth from the start, so it reads as a defect rather than character. The rounded tip mutes the sound a little, making the POK + long-pole combo interesting on paper -- the lube issue just wastes that potential. Leans clacky, but whichever board you use, re-lube it yourself. Without lubing, I'd guess something like 9 out of 10 people wouldn't want to keep using it.
