Overview

Cherry MX2A Silent Black combines a linear keypress with integrated noise-reducing construction. The MX2A version adds factory lubrication and revised guidance within Cherry’s familiar mechanical-switch design. Its action has no intentional tactile bump or click, while the Silent mechanism reduces the sound produced by switch movement. It is a damped member of Cherry’s conventional MX family.
